How to request a return
you can request a return via online chat or via email, you can also call us to start your return.
If contacting us by email
You need to include:
- Your order number
- Email address
- A contact number (for us to call if we require further information)
- Details of the product you are returning
- The reason for your return.
We will then send you an email with the returns post label, you need to print this label out and attatch it to your parcel.
Leave this parcel in your local post office for collection, there will be no charge for this.
Include the returns document we send you via email that will inform us of the details above, this allows us to process your return as soon as possible.

Restrictions on returning items:
Cheese, Fresh Foods, Bakery Foods and made to order goods: these items cannot be returned but a refund is still possible under distance selling regulations and our standard 60 day money back guarantee.
Personalised items: You cannot return due to them being made specifically for you or your gift recipient as these cannot be sold on to anyone else. We will refund any money if we make a mistake on your order and you may keep the item.
Non Food Items: Can be returned and standard distance selling regulations apply along with our 60 day money back guarantee.
