We currently do not collect your credit/debit card or bank data as this is handled by our provider Shopify Payments

1 - Payment Terms:

You must pay the requested amount due before we despatch your items/shipment

Delivery charges are based on the total weight and size of your shipment and this is calculated at checkout.

 

2 - Refunds:

Refunds are available for the following reasons:

Defective or damaged in transit or before shipment

Wrong product ordered

Not as described

Wrong size ordered

Or item has not arrived or been lost in transit

or as part of the EU 14 days no quibble refund and return policy #3 below!

As part of the policy #3 if you did not recieve your item or it has been lost in transit, we can arrange a replacement or you can opt for a refund.

We only accept the above with exception to the EU directive below, if you have taken a photo of the item before return and you have raised a returns request via the returns form provided on our site. If you are unsure please contact us either via:

3 - 14 Days no-quibble returns

Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification.

5 - In addition to the above EU policy

We offer a 30 days return policy after the initial EU 14 days, if you need to return an item you have the right to do so s long as you take into consideration the reasons for your return. please see policy #2

6 - Refund Processing times and bank refunds

When a refund is requested we aim to process the request that same day it has been raised, during busy times this can become difficut we normally advise 5 - 10 working days for the processing and we will send your payment back to the method used to pay.

In some cases depending on your bank processing times as they all differ your refund may arrive sooner, this is down to your bank and once we iniate the refund we have no control over it from that point.
