How to request a return
you can request a return via online chat or via email, you can also call us to start your return.
If contacting us by email
You need to include:
- Your order number
- Email address
- A contact number (for us to call if we require further information)
- Details of the product you are returning
- The reason for your return.
We will then send you an email with the returns post label, you need to print this label out and attatch it to your parcel.
Leave this parcel in your local post office for collection, there will be no charge for this.
Include the returns document we send you via email that will inform us of the details above, this allows us to process your return as soon as possible.
