At Millars Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 40-day return period with a full refund.

Here is our returns policy in full:

1. Return Period: Our return policy covers purchases made within the last 40 days. Any returns made after this time period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Products: All products are eligible for return, except for perishable items such as food and beverage items, perishable items can be kept and need not be sent back to us you will still be issued a refund.

3. Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. The product should be unused and in a re-saleable condition. If the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, it may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. How to Return a Product: To return a product, please email our customer service team at returns@millarsfoods.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

5. Shipping Costs: Customers are not charged for returns. All costs are covered by Millars.

6. Refunds: Once we receive the tracking details for the product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for another, please follow the steps outlined in section 4, "How to Return a Product".

You need to include:

1. Your order number
2. Email address
3. A contact number (for us to call if we require further information)
4. Details of the product you are returning
5. The reason for your return.

We will then send you an email with the returns post label, you need to print this label out and attatch it to your parcel.

Leave this parcel in your local post office for collection, there will be no charge for this.

Include the returns document we send you via email that will inform us of the details above, this allows us to process your return as soon as possible.

Restrictions on returning items:

Cheese, Fresh Foods, Bakery Foods and made to order goods: these items cannot be returned but a refund is still possible under distance selling regulations and our standard 60 day money back guarantee.

Personalised items: You cannot return due to them being made specifically for you or your gift recipient as these cannot be sold on to anyone else. We will refund any money if we make a mistake on your order and you may keep the item.

Non Food Items: Can be returned and standard distance selling regulations apply along with our 60 day money back guarantee.
